Ever since I tried it out a year or so ago, ours has been a Cottonelle household. So when Cottonelle recently sent me some samples of their Clean Care toilet paper, I knew I would love it. Also tucked inside the box alongside the TP were some flushable wipes, and I’ll admit it: when I first pulled them out of the box, I was a bit skeptical.
Bear with me here, because I’m about to start talking about behinds. But we’re all friends, right? 😉
The good-humored folks at Cottonelle get that it is a departure from standard bathroom procedure to use a moist wipe, but they have made a series of fantastic videos that really show the humor of just how futile trying to clean anything with just a dry cloth alone really is. My personal favorite is their car wash video. “If you’re not happy here, think about your own bumper!”
It’s true that each and every time I have changed one of my babies’ diapers over the course of the last seven years, I have always used a wet wipe, because simple TP just wouldn’t get them clean enough. So why wouldn’t I do the same for myself? Using the Fresh Care Flushable Wipes along with the Clean Care toilet paper leaves you feeling cleaner and fresher, and for families with small kids, this routine is the perfect way to ensure proper hygiene through the potty-training phase and beyond.
So, how does a $10,000 bathroom makeover sound? The folks at Cottonelle are offering the opportunity to win just that as they spread the word about their Cottonelle Clean Routine: a double-dose of clean achieved with their flushable wipes and Clean Care toilet paper. Now through June 30th, you can visit Cottonelle.com, where you can each of the Cottonelle Wash Test videos (the restaurant video is very funny, too!) and submit your entry for a chance to win one of four grand-prize $10,000 bathroom makeovers.

I would love to win this. My home was built in 1974 and it hasn’t been touched since. We are retired and limited income so unless we win a contest it won’t be done in my lifetime. I really need to win.
