Reader spotlight and a giveaway!!

In the last few months, I have been so blessed to see the readership of Positively Splendid grow steadily from just a handful of readers to a strong base of Google followers and subscribers. It has been so incredibly exciting! I mean it sincerely when I say that with each and every new reader or follower, I find myself giddy with excitement. Knowing there are people out there enjoying my projects and faithfully reading my posts is something I truly treasure, and it keeps me motivated to come up with fun, fresh ideas to share with all of you. Something I have failed to do thus far, though, is really convey my appreciation for all of you. For your gracious comments. For the kind emails. For all of it! So from now on, every Friday, I am going to show my appreciation by turning the spotlight on YOU by choosing one (or maybe even a few) of my readers and highlighting your blogs and your projects. I think this will be such a fun way of building a community and getting to know one another!

I hope this will be a way we can all show support for one another. Let’s face it: blogging can be a competitive, sometimes stressful hobby. It is my sincere hope that this will be one small way of spreading kindness in this little community of ours in order to kindle and foster new friendships!
