This is such a lovely idea! I was scrolling up and down for a few seconds before I realised which ones were the knock off version, you really can’t see any difference! Fantastic idea

ADORABLE!!!!!!! Yours looks exactly like the PB one! I really want to make these now. I am kicking myself because I just sent a red sweater to Goodwill!

I saw the Flatware Stockings, too, and am in the process of knitting my own. Wish I’d thought of cutting up a sweater! Much faster and easier. Nice job. In fact, I may abandon the knitting…

This is a cute little idea! 🙂
Simple, easy and goes with Christmas. Thanks for this! 🙂

Even though I can knit, your way looks much faster and easier! You could also pick up an old sweater at a thrift store. Those little knitted stockings make good Christmas Tree ornaments as well.

Great tutorial! I’ll be pinning this one.

Love the simplicity of the project and look of the knit for us non-knitters. I rarely comment on blogs (Sorry bloggers! As a blogger, I know that’s kind of frustrating), but this project inspired me!

I love this idea! Since I do not have a sewing machine, I am thinking of sewing the pieces together by hand. What do you think?
Amy @ Positively Splendid says
I think sewing by hand would work very well!
