Let your kids know they’re on your mind even when they’re away at school by tucking fun lunchbox notes into their lunchbox each day. I’ve teamed up with Scotch to create these fun printable notes that are the perfect way to brighten your child’s day, and because they are laminated and written on with wet-erase markers, they can be used again and again throughout the school year. Read on for the step-by-step tutorial for how to create a set of your own with my free PDF printable.
This post is brought to you by Scotch. All opinions are entirely my own.

Note: Follow all Scotch® Brand package instructions for proper application and approved surfaces.
To begin, download the free lunchbox note printables and print them onto white cardstock. Use scissors to cut out each individual note so you have a total of four notecards.
Place the laminator on a flat, stable surface. Open the input tray and fully extend it until the tray clicks. Plug in the cord and press the power button. Since you printed the notecards on white cardstock, press the 3mil heat setting. The laminator will take approximately one minute to warm and the green Ready light will indicate that it is ready for use.
Open up one of the Scotch™ Thermal Laminating Pouches. Arrange the notes side-by-side, leaving about one inch all the way around each note. Fold the pouch over to close, completely covering the top of the notecards.
Place the sealed end of the pouch into the feeder of the laminator first and gently guide the pouch until the machine pulls it forward. The laminated item will automatically exit the outlet of the laminator.
Use the scissors to trim a narrow border (approximately .13-inch wide) around the outer edge of each note.
Use a wet-erase marker to write a message on the note. Affix a small piece of candy or a treat to the note with a small piece of washi tape. To reuse the notes, wipe clean with a damp rag.
In no time at all you have a set of kid-approved notecards that can be used over and over throughout the school year to give an extra boost of support for big tests, tryouts and every day in between!
These would also be great for teachers to make to use in their classroom, too!
