Homes.com Spring into the Dream $500 Winner!!

I received a phone call on Wednesday that absolutely made my week. Remember the Homes.com Spring into the Dream Contest I posted about last month? 



Well…….I WON!!! 

The premise behind the contest was to create a board full of things that exemplify my vision of spring, and then write a post about what spring means to me. For me, spring is a point of inspiration to refresh many aspects of life, and a new beginning! I created this little acrostic for my post to show the different themes I used to create my pinboard:

I am so excited to have $500 dollars in my pocket to use for one of the upcoming projects I have dreamed up!! Right now, the items at the top of my list are possibly a new desk for my office, or maybe tile for a kitchen backsplash or some items for our master bedroom re-do. We shall see!
And since I was the winner, I now have the opportunity to select one of MY readers to win $500, too!

    I just got a new sewing machine so I want to get a bunch of quilting supplies, but a new garden tiller is a tempting idea too…Thanks so much for giving me such a tough choice to make 🙂
