Directions:
Use the rotary cutter and mat to cut a piece of the home decorator fabric that is 14” long and the width of the fabric.
Fold under each of the long edges of the piece by 1/2”; press. Fold under another 1/2”, press and then stitch to secure. Repeat along the short edges of the piece.
Cut 2 13” sections of fringe trim and pin them along both of the short edges of the front of the runner, folding under the edges of the trim by 1/2” to minimize fraying. Attach the trim to the runner using a wide zig-zag stitch.
You are finished!

My table usually fills back up with clutter. 🙁 However, I have a curved fireplace/wall/mantle that I am trying to make look nice. Have any suggestions? The curve is what makes it so darn hard!

So simple and pretty. Thanks for the inspiration. Have not packed up the goods yet, but I know what you mean…the house looks naked!
