Great recipe! Glad to know this can be done both manually and with a food processor. The picture is very enticing and you can serve a version of this for a Fort Lauderdale catering event if you wish. The ice cream would be a great addition to the pastry!

Yum!! I was just telling my husband, yesterday, that pies are my baking challenge. I can bake so many delicious things. But, pies have ALWAYS been a challenge. And I’ve always just said “pies just aren’t my thing.” But, yesterday I said “I am going to face this challenge and I will win it!” and now I see this beautiful pie…..:) Will definitely have to try this one (though I don’t have a spring form pan….hmmm…maybe will have to get one).
