Cute and easy Idea…but I didn’t see the baking instructions??
Amy @ Positively Splendid says
Hi, Francy! The baking instructions are actually on the free printable linked in the post. Thanks for stopping in!
Jennifer says
The link does not have instructions … It opens a new page with 2 pictures on it, but no instructions.
Can you please just post them in response to this message. I have already made the mix and put it in the jar. Had I noticed your link did not work ahead of time, I would not have done so.

I can’t find the printable to download. I click over to http://www.skiptomylou.org/muffin-jar-recipe/ but I still don’t see a download. This needs to be a little more clear, very confusing.
Amy @ Positively Splendid says
Hello, Nicole! When you click over to the link you mentioned, there is a clickable link in the center of the page just above the photo of the jar that says “Cinnamon Spice Muffin Jar Recipe.” Click that for the download/instructions. Thanks for stopping in!

Okay, I tried everything you said but cannot still find the directions on what to add and how to cook these. Thank you.

I too can not get the link to work. I’ve gotten your other ones to download, but this one does not for some reason. HELP!!! I’ve already made the mix and put it in the jar

Hi Amy, I bake up a batch of these muffins early this morning and I wanted to ask what I may have done wrong on the topping. I will say the muffin had loads of flavor and the texture could have been a little more moist. But my topping was a mess. It melted on the top and sunk into the muffin. Not at all attractive looking. I was wondering how you got yours to look so pretty in the picture listed above? Because it sank into the muffin, it was gooey…
Melissa says
Sounds like a great gift idea, until you realize that baking instructions are no where to be found and no helpful information on where to find them. Yes, I tried the goose chase listed above to no avail. Not helpful, do not recommend that others waste their time on this.
Amy @ Positively Splendid says
Melissa, if you click on either of the links indicated, both take you to the page where the baking information is located. I am very sorry you have experienced issues!
Peck says
I agree 100% Melissa. Not user friendly, too much of a chase just to get the directions.
Karrie says
I too have followed all the instructions on how to access the directions and printables and it is just not in a compatible format. All I get is a small box in the corner.
Amy @ Positively Splendid says
I am very sorry for the difficulties you are having. Because this was a guest post, thi is a file that isn’t hosted on my site, and I am unable to change the format. I have always had success viewing and downloading the file using Chrome as my browser, so you might give that a try!

Just wanted you to know how much I love these muffins. I packaged them up in Chinese take-out containers for my girlfriends and they made a cute gift. They are also very tasty. I added a small jar of apple and cut back on the milk a little and they are moist and delicious. The recipe is also not that difficult to find.
