This time of year is so fantastic. Each and every day is something fun to look forward to, and experiencing everything alongside the kiddos makes it all the more magical. Today we made our annual trek to the Christmas tree farm. Jack and Charlotte ran to their hearts’ content, and we all had so much fun walking down the rows upon rows of trees to find just the right one. I have to say this year’s tree really is beautiful! We strung the lights tonight, and tomorrow we’ll put on the ornaments – my favorite part. So many fond memories are represented there.
I am absolutely exhausted from our busy day, so photos of the great tree caper will have to be sorted through tomorrow. I will, however, share my fourth installment of photos for my December Daily project. The kiddos’ gifts from Pop and Donna this year were snazzy new boots, and it makes me grin each and every time I see them all dudded up in them. Even Little Bit has her own set of cowgirl socks (made by Trumpette – I love their Mary Jane socks, too!).
Speaking of those little boots…tomorrow is St. Nicholas Day, which means Santa had better get busy collecting lists and filling those boots to the brim with lots of yummy goodies. 🙂
Night-night,
