Today’s post is brought to you by HP.
With summer upon us and road trip season in full swing, I shared a few weeks ago 6 of my best tips for making family summer road trips go smoothly. One of those tips was to create activity kits for kiddos to keep them entertained during the long hours on the road. When it comes to these kits, I absolutely love to include a variety of fun, entertaining (and sometimes educational) activities, and I have found there are an amazing number of high-quality and FREE printables to use for this very purpose.
Today I’m passing along 20 of my very favorite FREE road trip printables to help you put together your own road trip activity packs. With ideas ranging from simple, tried-and-true games like tic-tac-toe, to more elaborate ideas like license plate scavenger hunts, there is sure to be something in this list to appeal of kids of all ages!

Printing the printables to assemble the activity kits for a road trip is so simple with my HP Pavilion X360 and HP Envy 5530 printer, along with the brilliant new HP Instant Ink, which allows me to print to my heart’s content without ever having to worry about running out of ink, all while saving up to 50% on ink costs. With Instant Ink, for a monthly fee, I sign up for a plan that fits my overall printing needs, and then I make prints as I usually would. When it’s time for more ink, HP delivers the ink automatically to my doorstep without me having to give it a second thought: no ordering or shopping trips required!
Now, when the road trip is over, I can focus on printing off pictures (the Envy not only does a terrific job with documents, but it also prints photos beautifully, too!) instead of worrying about having to make a trip to the office store for more ink. I love finding ways to simplify the things I use everyday, don’t you?
P.S. Rumor has it I am going to be GIVING AWAY the HP Pavilion X360 and HP Envy 5530 printer sometime very soon! Yay!
Wishing you safe and happy travels this summer!

LOVE these road trip printables! We help my daughter with picking up and dropping off her children to different places and they come in handy for even these small road trips. But are especially nice on long road trips. I get bored easily too so I Love to play along with them! Thanks Amy!
