The poem leapt off the page to me in such a dynamic way that I knew I had to incorporate it somehow into my Halloween decor, and so I made a printable version of it to frame as the anchor object for my display.
I couldn’t resist adding these brass owl figurines to the mix, which I inherited from my husband’s grandmother. Isn’t it amazing how vintage items like these look so current now?

Love the green and black! There’s not a hint of orange yet this is Halloween – full throttle!! The quote is marvelous – I may hold onto it for Christmas Eve. The sentiment works perfectly there too.I love you lace-covered pumpkins – very pretty.
