This time of year, many of us are on the lookout for fun Christmas crafts, but let’s face it: Sometimes in the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, time only permits for easy Christmas craft ideas. These miniature tinsel wreaths are constructed with supplies that are readily available, and they make great ornaments, adornments for wrapped gifts, or even napkin rings. And best of all, they come together in just a matter of minutes! Let me show you how it’s done.
For this project, you will need…
- Shower curtain rings
- Miniature tinsel garland (I purchased mine at Target)
- Scissors
- Hot glue
- Ribbon
- Baker’s twine
- Decorative baubles (I used pretty danglers and pendants from Styled by Tori Spelling)
Tie a pretty bow with ribbon and secure it to the top of your wreath with hot glue.
Now, let’s add some bling! I love the gold tones and sparkle of these pendants and danglers from Styled by Tori Spelling, so I decided to attach one to each of my wreaths with a strand of baker’s twine tied in a bow.
All finished!
Displayed on a tree, these little gems make such pretty ornaments.
I love the added sparkle of the danglers here! And if I ever want to use the jewelry pieces for a different purpose, doing so will be as simple as untying the strand of twine.
Another fun idea is to use these to punch up holiday gift wrapping. A set of these would also be darling used as napkin rings on your holiday table!
Thank you so much for making PS a part of your day!
